M. In addition, our firm negotiates severance agreements, separation agreements and reviews non-competes and non-solicitation agreements.

Atlanta employment lawyer Meredith Carter received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and law degree from Cumberland School of Law. Prior to practicing law in Georgia, Meredith represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases and criminal defendants. Once she became admitted in Georgia, her practice has primarily focused on employment discrimination, sexual harassment and business disputes.

Before opening M. CARTER LAW, Meredith had a successful practice with other prominent employment law firms in Atlanta. She has trial, arbitration, and mediation experience.

Meredith is a member of the Georgia Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Georgia Bar.
